Ordering Info: If you do not have a valid credit card and billing address entered correctly, your order will be automatically deleted. Please make sure to provide an accurate billing address, otherwise your order will be cancelled automatically and we will not be held liable for any bank charges you might incur. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Shipping charges may vary slightly. If an order is placed late on a Friday or during a weekend, please note that the order will not be received and shipped until the next possible working day. Shipping Damage:If you receive parts that were damaged in shipping, please contact Odyssey at store@odysseybmx.com and please save your package! Order Discrepancies: If we have made a mistake on your order, please notify us ASAP, and we will work with you to best resolve any problems created. Credit Procedures: We issue credits for accepted claims. Your refund will be issued against the same credit card used on purchase. Return Policy: You may return most unopened and unused item sold by the Odyssey store within 30 days of delivery. If the return is a a result of our error, you will receive a full refund and we will pay for the return shipping cost. All other refunds will be issued less the original shipping cost, and you are responsible for your own shipping cost on the return. We will request a refund within 3 days upon receiving your return. Please allow an additional 5 to 10 days to receive your return from the shipper and up to 3 to 5 days for the credit card company to process your refund.
